I've enjoyed Pré de Provence's soaps for years. But my latest order has apparently gone astray somewhere. The USPS says it was delivered, but I never received it. I submitted a missing package complaint, and they (USPS) said it was either lost or stolen. They suggested that I try to file an insurance claim. But their insurance claim instructions said that I needed the original mailing receipt, which I don't have since I didn't mail it.
I tried contacting the Pré de Provence customer support, but they just sent back an email with the USPS email attached, saying it was delivered. So I guess there's no help forthcoming there.
At this point I won't be buying anything more from Pré de Provence, unless I can find it in a local store. Which is really a shame, since I love their products.
This is one of the best soaps I’ve ever used. Or lathers nicely and moisturizes and it smell incredible. This is no drugstore soap that’s for sure. The quality is fantastic. I also have the shampoo as well. I’m hoping they make this scent in a cologne. Highly recommend this soap!
Smells nice. It's not like the no. 63 but it's not bad.
