Does Pré de Provence ship to the USA and Canada?
Yes! We ship to the USA and Canada!

For Canada customers: Please note conversion rates and that all prices are shown and billed in USD. We are currently unable to accept international orders from any other countries at this time. 

What is Pré de Provence's return policy?

What if I forget my password?
Simply click Login at the top of the home page. Under Registered Customers click Forgot Your Password? and follow the instructions to receive an email to reset your password.

How do I view/edit/update my contact and / or account information and track my orders?
Simply Login and you will be taken to MY ACCOUNT page where you can edit all of your information:

1. Update Contact information: change your email address and password
2. Edit your address book
3. Review and Edit my Wish Lists
4. Review and track orders and order status

Are your products vegan?

Our products are not certified vegan. However, we do not test on animals or use animal by‐products such as beeswax, lanolin from wool, or animal fats/lipids. Please note that products are processed in facilities that may also process honey. For a more in-depth ingredient list click here.
