I use this as a dish and laundry soap. My dad lives off the grid and loves this soap because of how well it works, and because it rinses clean in cold water. Great for camping, too. I have really sensitive skin and this soap works wonders for me. Absolutely adore it!

This soap is with Shea butter - therefore it has never been green. I have bought this soap for 30 years now. If you want the olive oil one - you need to buy the green one.

I've used this soap my entire life but the color has drastically faded over the years from olive green to chartreuse/yellow. I've emailed pre de provence asking them why that is but they haven't responded. Suffice to say, the soap alone is quite excellent but the color is absolutely heinous.
